Hey all, new member here. Residing in WA and coming from the tactical/military side of things, looking to get into precision rifle shooting as a way to step out of my comfort zone and learn a new skill. Incidentally, looking for a deal on an AI AT, so if anyone's got one they're tired of, hit me up!

Personally I'd recommend maybe doing some research into other calibers/ cartridges. There is a ton of options that out perform a 308. I would probably recommend something in the 7mm variety. 7WSM or 7SAUM if you wanna stick with a short action.
