New Toy....

The wife and I went to the gun shop to look at me a new holster for off duty carry. While I was in there I saw the new Ruger 22/45 threaded version. I said wow!!! they actually have one. She knew that I had been talking about one but I had no plans of getting it right now.

Well.... She had the counter worker take it out and started the paperwork while I was looking at the holsters. Needless to say... SHE IS A GREAT WIFE.... It was a complete surprise!.

I screwed on my .22 suppressor and it is PERFECT. I am ordering a red dot sight for it and then will go play.

I just picked up a 22/45 from a pawn shop find, put a red dot on it and it is total fun to shoot. Ran 300 rnds thru it the other day.
Wish I had done this sooner did not know what I was missing
If my wife ever looks in the gun safe I will be in trouble.

I've been eyeing one of those pretty hard. Did you get the railed version or the iron sight version? Which suppressor are you using?

I have the railed version NON sights.

My suppressor is a LRM Industries "DIGO"

The scope is on the "BROWN" Truck and out for delivery.

I did purchase a VORTEX STRIKE FIRE for my optic... I figured it should hold up pretty well and saved me some money in the end for other toys.

Range report? It looks like a dandy little shooter. The barrel looks stubby and I'm sure a suppressor would make it even more epic
