New versus Old AICS?

I recently learned that the AICS has changed. Do any of you know exactly what changed on them?

I think the style of the skins. The tan one is an mklll. But I think this is what the skins look like now.

The 1.5 stocks on Europtics.com look like 2.0 chassis without the folding option. Where the black folding piece on the upper arm is, it's plastic.

You are correct...if you look at mine the the bipod mount protrudes past the skins. I'm told this was done to allow the addition of an additional rail for mounting night optics. I never researched to confirm though.

i wish they woulda just kept that block flush, i think it looks outta place or something.
