Actually, environmentalism is a good thing. We need to be aware and take care of our environment. Locally/ individually as well as globally. You dodnt want people shitting in your yard, you dont want them shitting in your public water supply.

'Fanaticism', or 'Zealotry', on the other hand, in any subject, especially religion and politics, is unbalanced and un reasoning and dangerous.

And even if you could imagine the northeast corridor of 40 million all heating their homes and business's with wood on a hard winter. LA smog would be laughable in comparison.

Coal and wood are both still very popular heating options in "upstate" NY.
 
Its not just gas its all fossil fuels which means no heating oil either. Here in California certain counties have banned burning wood....

Yea, that's why for 200+ years in this country the sane people who want clean water, no trash, plentiful fish and game, and who want to live IN our environment and as part of it call ourselves "conservationists". See: Genisis 1:26-28 It is literally God's command to be a conservationist.

Environmentalists on the other hand are Luciferins who believe man is completely evil and is infesting mother Gia. They do not believe in conserving and use. They are misanthropes who hate all humanity wish us all the ill in the universe. They're no better than communists or nazis (which are basically the same thing).
