Newb in need of advice

It appears the Vortex PMR rings (made by Seekins) aren't being produced any longer in 1 inch tube diameters for picatinny rails. You might find them in stock somewhere, but you will have to search for them. I would highly suggest going for a scope with a 30mm tube. The ring options are much wider for 30mm. If you're stuck with the 1 inch tube, the cheapest ring I would use is the Vortex Pro. I have a couple and they work well.

Also, the Seekins scope base is the easy button.
