The rear Armageddon bag I've been using requires that I'm squeezing it to maintain the sight picture. For a front bag I wouldn't be squeezing it, so is it going to drift downward as it settles from moving the gun around such that I have to keep dropping the rear which in turn means the whole gun is floating downward as I'm preparing the shot?

used a bag in the front sometimes two of them least till I could get a bipod . then noticing the tables move when any weight is added to them and I have started to shim them up with wood . One of the thing I did with my bags that helped me was to settle them in before I got on the gun to shoot so they moved less it still moved just not close to as much after I got behind the rifle , different fill material also helped a bit . good luck to you .
