Rifle Scopes newbie question

Does anybody know if the kenton Industries TTC knob is any good?

Probably as good as BDC knobs go, I have a set they're ok as long as you shoot in the same conditions all the time, look up all the variables involved in putting together the long range shot

Is it close?
Does the scope tell you how to adjust for conditions?

Willing to pay double that if it can make the wind change.

Maybe I should add that mine are hanging in a plastic bag on my reloading bench, to many varibles to trust a knob, heard today that for each 20 degrees of temp change you can plan on your moa to change 1 moa, I shoot from 0 degrees to around 90 degrees
