I am also interested in any reviews. Ive been looking at this and the 1800. I called newcon they said the biggest difference is the inclonometer(sp?) And the speed reading ability. By the soubds of it the lasers are fairly similar.
However this being said the person I talked to on the phone didn't sound like she had that much personal experience with the range finders.
