Rifle Scopes NF compact Zero Stop???

I am planning my range trip for tomorrow and just realized I left the instructions on how to set the zero stops at my office. I don't want to go in tomorrow as some thing will happen and I will be stuck there. If anyone has the instructions or can explain them for me I'd appreciate it.

If the zero stop on that scope is similar to the one on the F1, the instructions for setting that are here:

OK. Well, the Nightforce web site doesn't have instructions for that. Perhaps someone else here has them.
