Rifle Scopes NF or Badger base/rings

I have a Rem 700p in 308 and looking at a one piece base. Any pro/con between Night Force and Badger ? I want steel and a 20moa. A buddy has the Badger but I Haven't seen the NF. Also any difference in the 30mm rings?
