Gunsmithing NIC Cerakote Training

Since my recent enjoyable dabbling in Cerakote, I decided to do some gun coating as a hobby and maybe something to look forward to in retirement. I think the NIC training would be helpful and a good excuse to have beers with an OR Trooper I'm friends with. Anyone gone to this? If so, I'm looking for some feedback on the experience. Also wondering what it cost and how long it is.

I was quoted $750/day for the training with two days recommended.

They said to bring billable labor with me to help defray the cost of the class.
