something i have been working on/with as a display piece...fully functional as well but mainly for the "mantle piece"...popped 2 different uppers on her today, one from sabre defence and one was a build i did of a daniel defense barrel, troy quad rails, and spikes tactical upper receiver/bcg...lpk is rock river...love some feedback

Plate the upper and the buffer tube and she would be rockin'. Black and silver compliment each other well. Nicely done.

actually i have an upper being done now just doing piece by piece so as to not overkill with the look of bling and gold teeth...thanks for the kind words doc

if it were me for a display thing I'd go retro with wooden furniture and np3 the whole fucking thing then polish it up. Heh, you wanna talk about something to drool about.
But nice stuff all the way around, dude. Definitely turning out nice.

thanks guys...guy doing the plating has always done brass instruments (horns, trumpets, trombones etc...)...and done work from as far as cairo to singapore...i just happened to find him as a fluke and this is what has happened...im pretty pleased some minor tweaking just on the process...but all in all im pleased...and it could actually turn into something for the gentleman that did it...

i actually have a 3 uppers done, buddy of mine wants to put nickel upper on his...they really do look good the black/nickel combo just make it something wicked looking...you can have them plated in gold...i know the guy does that, i'm personally not a gold fan...

wasnt too bad either...like $300 for lowers and uppers (each) and barrels in nickel are like $150...so its pretty reasonable

nice. we had one with the 203 grenade launcher underneath that was chromed out. honestly as much asd i like the black & chrome, i think the wood furniture would look really sweet

i was really suprised at the quality of the wood grain in some of the grips and hand gaurds. nice stuff actually. cant recall who had it though

I have a nickel S&W model 37, nothing makes me happier than polishing her up. The rifle looks great for a mantle piece.
