Rifle Scopes Night force turret is stuck

I have a nxs 5.5x22 no hs or zs. The elevation turret will not adjust up or down. I tightened the set screw pretty tight but it just slips. I believe I am nearly bottomed out but I have never had this issue before and I have had this scope for a few years. It is on a Edm wind runner 50 bmg. Any suggestions?

I dont' think I'd mess with it. I'd call Nightforce and send it in for repair. A high dollar scope isn't worth monkey'ing with.

send it back for repairs, let the pro figure it out before they have to fix your mistakes too, I learned that one the hard way.

Yeah that was my thought to. Just wanted to make sure it was not something simple
