Rifle Scopes night vision optics

im looking into getting a night vision rifle scope for mostly huntnig fox's rabbits at night, here in australia prices are fairly crap $1000 for gen 1 $3000 for gen 2

what i am wondering is gen 1 in a rifle scope realy worth it ? i know i will have limited visability but im un sure how limited 100 > 200 yards ?

simple answer is no...Gen 1 is total crap. Save your $$...
