You might want to look up Vectronix. I think they have some night time range finders.

The PLRF and Vector rangefinders have a night setting for the LED readout that is NVG compatible, I attach a PVS-14 and observe and range as normal.
The Vectronix also has night versions of the Vector with built in II tubes for night work.
These are what you might call high dollar solutions.
Simple (cheap) solution. Range TRP's in daylight, make a range card, call the distance via the position of the target among the TRP's.
