Rifle Scopes NightForce F1 and GDI P-ROM Model L

So I picked up a GDI P-ROM Model L a few months back when they were running their special. I am about to pull the trigger on a NightForce F1 from Mile High shooting. Am I going to have any clearence issues using the P-ROM Model L or am I going to need the 25MOA version mount?

With a 50mm you should be good to go and have quite a bit of room to spare.

I'm waiting on one myself and was advised it would be fine with my 56mm S&B.
