Looking into purchasing a new scope. I have a nightforce F1 but have not looked through a USO. Any advice?

Yes... look thru a USO before you put out your cash.
Try to have both scopes on hand and do a side by side comparison.
ask yourself what can the USO do that a NF can't.
Those USO's are much heavier and larger than a NF.
They might be better/tougher than a NF but does that really matter to the average shooter.
They cost more than a NF as well. Is the difference in price worth it to "YOU"?
I have one USO and several NF scopes. If NF would just bring on the 5-25 FFP scope there wouldn't be any questions, you'd just go get a NF. That's my $.03.

I've owned both; had the NF first and then "upgraded" to the USO. I was disappointed by the poor glass (not nearly the resolution of the NF), the vague windage knob, and the slight amount of backlash in the parallax. Lesson learned; went back to buying NF!
