Rifle Scopes NightForce Rings

Im a newbie here but figured this would be the place to answer my question.

Has anyone had any issues with the lightweight NF rings compared to the steel NF rings.

I prefer the lightweights over the steel rings. The lightweights come with the F1 series scopes.

Never heard of any issues with any NF rings. They dont make crap products.

No....but I would be more mindful of the directions included in the box so you dont strip the holes out. I just installed a set on one of my bats and its just a weight and price improvement. if you can deal with that....should have any more questions...NF is definitely top notch

I put them on my own rifle. You can't go wrong with either set. Nightforce is quality all the way. I know that some members on this site favor the lightweight rings saying they won't mar the scope with any ring marks. I like them because for the most part, no lapping is required.
