Doug,how do you mean -best retailer ? They sell all NF scopes for a standardized prices so no benefit from one retailer to another-best email and see who will send you one.Try these guys

ITAR. I doubt you`ll find any retailer willing to ship out of the US. You`ll have to find one that will process the export paperwork. Dave`s Sports in Lynden, WA is a licensed exporter and is well versed in applying for these State Department permits - so you might want to try these guys once you`ve found the scope.

Should be no ITAR if there is no mention of anything military on it.

There is a clause in being a dealer which states you cannot ship outside of the states.

We have plenty of dealers in NZ selling Nightforce, try 45south, reloaders etc and see what price they can do.

There are NO authorized NF dealers in the USA that will ship a scope to you in New Zealand since it violates the law and is directly against NF's policies re: shipment of their scopes by US dealers! If a dealer does...they do so at their own peril.
