I was told to look somewhere on this site for a guy who was selling NightForce scopes at a pretty good discount. Can someone please tell me where to go to get in touch with this guy? Thanks!

P.S. - I'm brand new here so please don't verbally rape me if this is the wrong place to post this.

Re: NightForce

well you won't find a "discounted" nightforce because Nightforce has strict regulations on their retailers. If you want to find one for a decent price check the for sale section. Otherwise eurooptic.com and longrangesupply.com are good places (as well as many others) to check out who are vendors here on the hide. Do a little searching around... this topic has been covered a lot.

Re: NightForce

Yeah, I looked there, but those NFs aren't exactely what I'm wanting. I figure if I'm going to spend $1,000+ I should get all the options that I want on a scope and not dick around with several people who just want to get their scopes sold ASAP.

It sounds like you're under the impression that someone is selling them for 1/2 price; that simply isn't the case.

Re: NightForce

There are a lot of great dealers on this board that sell NF scopes. Thanks for the recommendation.

Re: NightForce

Another possibly stupid question - If a NF scope (or any scope for that matter) is being sold with MOA (or MIL) turrets, will the glass also be in MOA (or MIL)? And is this always the case? Will you ever have to worry about buying a scope that has Mils for turrets and MOA ettched into the glass (or vice versa)?

Again, it's probably a stupid question but I'm a virgin to scopes and long distance shooting, so there you go...
