Rifle Scopes Nightforce

Not that anyone needs me to say how good Nightforce's customer service is, but I will anyways.

Last night I was removing a scope from a Nightforce Unimount, and I wasn't paying much attention (yeah I know) and my garage was kinda dark. Turns out one of the points on my star bit was bent/broke and I stripped several of the screws on the mount. Well a quick call to Mark at Nightforce this morning had a new set of screws coming to me at NO CHARGE---not even for shipping. I admit that I'm a Nightforce fan, but I didn't expect their customer service to be this good. He did qualify that it would only happen once, but even once is phenomenal.

I'm not sure if you browse on here or not Mark, but thanks again you made my day.

Good to see that Vortex isn't the only company with good customer service. I'm sure Vortex is making some of the other manufacturers step up their game.

Each of the major manufacturers striving to lead helps lift the entire industry.

BTW I received my little baggy of screws today, and all is good.

I haven't had to send anything back to NF, but when I was doing research prior to buying my first NF scope I called NF CS. The guy I talked to was so friendly and informative I was amazed, his great attitude sold me on NF, well that and all the positive NF threads here on the Hide...
