Does anyone have any experience (not "my friend said" or "Ive heard") with the Monarch X? Ive used a Leupold. The X is Nikons premium line of scopes. Do they compare?

I've got the Nikon Tactical 4-16x50, which was the predecessor to the Monarch X. So far it's held up quite well. Good solid construction, very clear glass, and nice, solid clicks on the turrets. I've got no complaints, and it's quite comparable to my Leupold MK4.

My friend said...and I have also heard...that there is a Rifle Scopes sub-forum near the top of the forum.
You may have better luck (and more optics chat) in that portion of the site than here in the Bear Pit.
