Rifle Scopes Nikon Turret Kit Compatible?

I have a Pre-Monarch Nikon 4x12x40.

And I am trying to figure out if these will fit it.

Or if a stoney point set will work.

Anyone have any experience with either of these on a scope like mine or have any other suggestions for getting target knobs on this scope?
