FOX news reported that the Judge/wife allowed the TDA members access to guns and a suppressor. "They" took them to the range to practice. Not sure if the guns and suppressor belonged to the Judge or his daughter.

I understood from the FOX reporting that the judge took "assault rifles" and suppressors that belonged to his daughter and gave them to TDA members.

FOX also reported that the judge (or his wife, I don't recall) smashed the TDA member's phone with a hammer and took it to a dump to dispose of it.

The TDA member was sending those decapitation photos to other people.
