I was reading a news article that speculated Hakeem Jefferies was going to come out as gay at the No Kings protest. The authored wondered if this would "crown a new kingmaker".

Anyway, I'm doing the same thing I do every Saturday: going to the range.

Portland Oregon No Kings March Protest 2025 is just a isolated production that will burn itself out in one day here.. Also like a million others living around the Portland OR. area. It Does not effect me in anyway. like a million other people living here, I don't go into Portland anymore for anything anyway, as there is really no need to. The ONLY time I have even been threw Portland the last few years is just to make Airport runs into PDX dropping off or picking up . I get everything I need in life now by never seeing/using the city.

Myself and a number of shooters will pass about 1/2 mile of one. On the way will be too early for the little darlings. By the time we leave I’m sure they will have moved on to Starbucks.

No king protesters tend to be non-working crybabies. I will be far away. Not only not in a big city but at the dump site for a few counties in my area to get rid of cut limbs from the trees that were damaged by the weather this year. I still have more to go but my trailer only holds so much.

Maybe we'll get lucky and some tweaking black guy in a clapped out ford explorer will drive through the crowd running from the cops and he'll "accidently" make the world a little bit better as he goes.
They're going to protest, and literally nothing is going to change because adults don't give in to the temper tantrums of the kids. The whole point of these rallies is the secret hope by the leaders that some lunatic will do something bad to the useful idiots that attend.

Last time, Christy Walton the Walmart heiress, sponsored the march. So one billionaire is fighting against another billionaire. Walton is hoping for cheaper workers to maximize her profits and her fortune. Trump is deporting at numbers close to Obama's term. So why are people marching when they have nothing to do with the spat?
I hope the Left goes nuts in most of the cities so we Americans can benefit from the Insurrection Act and the expedited manner in which it will allow for deportations of illegals and arrests of Insurgents. And hopefully the arrests of leftist governors, mayors, police leaders and prosecutors who are enabling the insurgents and illegals.
They sure as hell don't come into our suburbs over here. The residents wouldn't stand for it.

I was going to go downtown here, just to film, one is scheduled for here, but I decided im not acknowledging their existence. Some district representative is supposed to be there promoting it. I hope it rains.

And, in the irony dept., I did not realize (nor did I see any advertising to this effect) that today is our community's semi-annual "Garage Sale" day. So, everyone is outside trying to sell their junk to other community members. I usually don't participate because all I have, mostly are older PC parts, devices, printers, monitors, etc. No one will offer me what they are worth, if I can even get them to stop and look.
Never.
These kind of people always will have to invent relevance and importance in their heads as they can never achieve it.
