No more G-Locks?

Glock under fire as N.J. lawsuit over illegal machine gun conversions clears major hurdle

A New Jersey judge has denied gunmaker Glock’s attempt to dismiss a landmark lawsuit accusing the company of fueling illegal machine gun conversions and contributing to a surge in gun violence across the state.

In a ruling issued Tuesday, Essex County Superior Court Judge Lisa Adubato rejected Glock’s motion to dismiss the case, determining that if the allegations were proven, they could support legal action under multiple state laws.

The lawsuit, filed by Attorney General Matthew Platkin, claims Glock handguns are uniquely easy to convert into fully automatic weapons using a cheap, thumbnail-sized device known as a “switch” or “auto sear.”

Screw those horse seamen cucks if they want to bend the knee to try to appease these ass hats. Isn't going to work and it sets a bad look and sudo precedent when by law those lawsuits are all BS. I supose I should sue every automotive manufacture anytime their cars are misused, or knife maker, or tool maker for that matter.

I hope at minimum this is to Glock as the Hillary Hole was to S&W. May you're sales be :poop: hence forth. If I ever want one again, I'll find a slide and barrel and just make it myself.

You're darn right it's BS. Illegal modifications are suddenly Glocks fault? It's a 40 year old friggin design! You're going to suddenly just now claim it's to easy to modify, BS all day and all week. That ship sailed a LOOOONG time ago.

I understand why a business would choose to bend the knee to avoid getting into lawsuits with States that can spend unlimited taxpayer money but appeasing them won't fix this. California and the other usual suspects will just rewrite the laws to go after Glock (and potentially other manufacturers) again. After all, the end goal is to put them out of business, not fix some kind of "issue" that would go away with a redesign.

The only out of this is to fight.

It's liberal bullshit and Glock headshed are pussies, but so what? They are going to design the new versions without the ability to go FA. Gee I don't know what I'll do without FA Glocks....Granted they could continue to make their triggers even worse than the Gen 5...

Where are the huge lawsuits against Facebook which, for years, has posted ads for lockpick sets, car key cloners, glock switches, solvent traps, and tons of other sketchy or utterly illegal stuff…. Allowing it to go under different or misleading names.

All these ads totally violate their so-called community standards. But were allowed since they brought in billions for Zuck. While his “community standards” blue hair Stasi kicked people off for posting American Flags… while saying that posts calling for violence against Republicans was not a violation.

Any social media site that sold that shit should be legally liable. If Guns and Ammo mag ran a full-page ad for Glock Switches, they would be shut down in 24 hours. Facebook profited millions, yet Zuck is not in federal lockup?
