Does anyone manufacture a stock pack that doesn't use velcro for their retention straps?

I looked over their site and could only find stock pads for ar's. Not really what I'm looking for. I've got an HS stock and was looking for something like the Eagle product without the velcro.

Noise, and the fact that it latches on to every little piece of grass, dirt, hair, etc. that it comes in contact with. Aside from that, just personal preference.
