Is this all just a question of patience? Historically, no one ever gave a fuck about women's sports, but now, presumably, they're doing stuff that people want to watch, thus increasing the revenue for all involved.
Could we say female sports are trending upward? In 10, 15, 25 or so years of chicks doing everything they can to perform as optimally as possible, would it look like maybe another increase in the neighborhood of 60% of total viewership as well as some proportional pay increase? Cuz if so, I'd figure that's gonna be a bit of a curve with a relatively long-lasting plateau that briefly peaks and drops sharply at about the time the transfuckers start to dominate female sports.
and then it'll just be men's sports again, and I still won't give a shit about any of it.
I probably have 30 - 35 good years left and I seriously doubt women's sports of any kind will reach any level of mainstream appeal by then.
After that, I'll care even less cause I'll be dead.
Both genders react emotionally to many things.
That is absolutely not the same as making deliberate decisions based on emotions/feelings/opinions rather than based on facts, reason, and/or logic. There is a marked difference in decision making between the genders despite what academics will have you believe.
