Rifle Scopes "Non-Catalogued" scopes?

Greetings all! I am looking for new glass to add to my new rifle (Tikka T3X Tac A1 - 6.5 Creed). The good news is I do not need help picking a particular scope. I have my options in mind and I will make that decision alone. My question is this: In looking around I have come across a few S&B models that are listed on the respective websites as "Non Catalogued". I have never heard this before and the Google is not being my friend on this one. Anyone know anything about this? And why are these "non catalogued" a few hundred bucks cheaper?? In this particular case I'm speaking of an S&B PMII 5-25X56.

looks like it's just a company note for the employee finishing the order. probably not inventoried or something like that. I know they are moving their warehouse soon.

I just bought a non catalogued S&B 3x27 PMII with the H-59 last month and save a lot. I have had no issues at all. Using it on a .338LM currently.

Grab it. Those are MACV-STUDIES AND OBSERVATION GROUP scopes.

They are good to go. Priced lower too. MhS had some too a while back
