Hey Gang
I have a Noranco M14 and it has had ten rounds threw it in 7 years, yea yea chinse I know... well it does not want to fire semi , only single any iders?

Is your Norinco ejecting the spent round and not picking up the next round or just not cycling at all? Can you feel resistance when you cycle the action manually?

Have you disassembled the gas system and cleaned it all out?

Is your piston frozen? When you turn the UNLOADED rifle upside down, do you hear the piston move? If not, disassemble and completely clean your piston. Leave it dry or at most a drop of hoppes 9 on it.

I agree that some information on what it is doing exactly when you fire it will be helpful.

M14s are tough, most likely a complete dissasembly, cleaning and reassembly will fix your issues.

Check your spindle valve. Make sure it is in the open posistion, The slot on the face of the valve should be verticle(90deg. to the barrel)
