Looks normal. Shorties do wear them out a little faster. Might be worth a quick message to AAC but to me it looks about like average.
Is there a barrel length restriction? Sdn6 is a 308 can, yes? Also Inconel if memory serves.
Seems inconel would last quite some time, even on short 5.56. I've got about 500 from a 10.5 5.56, through a can with 17-4 internals, that shows minimal erosion so far.

I don’t mess with too much sbr stuff but that does seem a lot for 2-3k to me. I know Ecco will recore if you find you need/want it.
As stated shorty 556 is hard on cans
A little rough looking. I run Defender suppressors on my SBRs without issue.
I agree - I've got one with about the same wear with similar rounds through it. Only thing I take care of is the carbon build up. Other than that - rock on.
I'm new to suppressors myself so I don't know much. But wouldn't this clean up really good and leave the baffles looking more normal than they are in the picture. I assume there's got to be a lot of carbon build up and carbon build up does not happen evenly so that's why we see the baffles like that???
Same here .....but I believe that to be metal erosion, and not carbon build up.
Total round count is one thing, but heat is another. Mag dumps, full auto, especially multiple mags in a row can cause a lot of wear and tare.
Full auto rated, as I understand it, has a lot to do with the can not having a catastrophic failure over lots of heat and continuous use. It dosen't change the fact that the hotter it gets, the faster it erodes.
What does your muzzle break look like? This is your sacrificial baffle or at least a good indicator to watch of what's going on inside.

Are you using a brake or flash hider? You've got me wanting to check mine now...

Pretty normal. Brand new they are not totally smooth and have a few of the jagged edges like you can see in your 4th picture. Mine looks about the same.
Ummm, mine were drilled with a uni-bit, on a shaky old drill press; then clipped by hand with a chainsaw file.......
And they were round and not even a little jagged. F4 QC must be wayyyyyy down these days then, eh?
Not my can in the pic below, but that pic is a can with about a dozen rounds down it... That is how my SDN-6 looked new as well. 2013 or 2014 timeframe. They were asymmetrical from the start. Try google. My SF can and Rugged are completely round and smooth. SDN-6 - never was.
Good luck with that... I don't think PSA has them up and running yet.
I'd just call and get in line and ECCO Machine and have them re-core it and cut and thread the back-end for HUB threads.
