If it's normal, no biggie then, just worried about stiffness. Thanks! </div></div> Hi kb1, It looks like the void is where the heavy block material meets the standard filll. Depending on the build we put a heavy block around the front lug area and in front of the trigger. These areas have a lot of milled fiber and chop, if the guys get this mix a little dry it will create a rough area on the edge, which will sometimes make a small void. This will not effect stiffness of the stock at all, but it should have been wiped with filler before it shipped. Aim out of the country till the 30th, but if you call the shop they will get you taken care of. Thank you
