A precision match will teach you more in one day than years od sundays at the range by yourself!

I gotta get up there sometime. My wife actually put in for a job in Park City, but its a longshot....

Yeah, that's one reason I want to do it.

You guys would not only have to show the some of the shooting ropes, but I'm also clueless to how these matches work.

I look forward to having my rifle set up soon, and then I'll keep an eye out when you have other matches.

Well that was the most fun I have had in a snow storm!
I'm pretty sure I heard someone calling a 23 MPH wind at one point and the snow was horizontal!

Awesome match again! Thanks Leo and Eric for all the hard work! And grats to Eric on some great shooting for 1st place.

Not that it matters in the scheme of things, but my wife thought you guys were a fantastic group; safe, friendly, helpful, good humored and she was impressed that ego's aren't tossed around.

That was a great experience and the most enjoyable time I've had shooting a rifle. It adds several new dimensions to the sport for me. This could get addicting.

Can we ban the wife before she gets an account here? She grabbed the wrong camera battery out of her re-charger and as a result got a couple of shots off before the thing ran out of juice.

That's me shooting in #4 and the wind was brutal for everyone from that seated stage. Looking closely at the photo the white lines of snow in the photo are very apparent. Right after this match I ordered a 3 inch and 2 inch lens hoods for my scope. I clearly learned the need to minimize the amount of precipitation able to hit the lens dead on. The damn scope was saturated with water and snow on the objective after each stage.

Spot, shoot, clean water off lens, close lens cover, repeat...

I was needing one of those rubber cup's for my eye piece when it was blowing. The snow was hitting my eyeball making it hard to see ((and it didn't feel all that great either))
