Sounds like fun, however I don't run very good anymore. This sounds like it's more for the younger, not worn out, and broken crowd.

How young do you have to be in order to be consider “younger crowd”?

I’m 41 and I’ve got a buddy that participates who is in his 60s. He calls it a “Hike and Gun”. Haha.
