Nosler 77 grain .224 RDFs

Well Heck.... My apologies. These are in bolt rifle.

This is my daughter at 575 with the 77 RDF, These were overrun bullets. She could hold a 16 inch plate at 960 and keep them on a coyote 7/8 inch tall at 700.
Can't complain... She will use them in a couple matches the over the next month. We will see how they hold up. She has shot about 250 of them the last few weeks. She doesn't like to shoot paper, so these are it at range just to verify drop and general group.

Not bad ! Looks like your using 8208? XBR?

I just played around with the 77gr Nosler Custom Competitions to get a comparison against the 77gr Sierra MatchKings. Looks like the Sierra bullets shoot a little better, but the Nosler are still sub-moa. Considering this is out of an 18-inch AR, I'll take the Nosler load sing as it's almost half the price of the 77 SMKs.

I didn't know they had RDF bullets in 77 grain weight. I tried the 70gr RDFs and didn't get any worthwhile results.

Bought 800 of the 77 RDF blems. I've loaded up test rounds with RE-15, Varget, 8208, Ar Comp and H-4895. I just haven't had time to get out to the range to test in two rifles. I'll post my results when I can. I'm on Jury duty standby today.

I tested the 70 Gr. RDF's in three rifles with multiple powders and found no useable loads with those bullets. Completely unusable in accurate rifles. I'll use them up in my 16" CQB Carbine.

Well I'm glad it was not me or my rifle. Would appear the 70 gr RDF's suck. I also tested the Sierra 69 gr TMK. These also sucked but not quite as bad as the Noslers. Chasing the high BC bullets, in my case, was an epic fail.
