Not a terrible MPVO feature set...

I've played with its twin design, Integrix 3-18x44 (engineering prototype) and it was extremely promising, but it is more of a crossover scope. I view MPVOs a little differently.

Yeah the category definition is a bit cloudy for sure.

It always is. I view MPVOs as moderate magnification scopes with 40-ish mm objectives for comfortable use between 6x and 10x or so in fading light, low enough magnification to work with thermal clip-ons well, and compact size because of those same clip-ons. However, there are plenty designs that straddle categories.

Seems like a worthy option on paper:

That MEPRO seems like something a fella could get use to. Though I needed to see this like a hole in the head...that MK1 is sick.

If they sold that MK1 receiver set/rail as a kit, I'd shove a 16" G$ HBAR in it and wait for the S&B Meta even though I need another scoped AR like a fat kid needs more candy.

What price is it going to be?

Theres a bunch of scopes in the $1000- $1500 price range that this will have some competiton with:
-XTR3i 3.3-18
-Delta 3.5-21
-Steiner Hx6i 3-18
-Mark 5hd 3.6-18 (a bit more expensive)

Reticle looks too think to be useful at 3x, so again similar to the above scopes.
6mil turrets are a turn off.

Unless you really need the shorter length, it seems underwhelming if we are thinking about crossover/MPVO scopes.

6 mil turrets is the biggest issue I have with it.

I hate dragging you back in when you are busy, but -- I am one confused by the category distinctions, MPVO vs Crossover. Do you have a post at your DLO site that talks about this category difference?

With an MPVO, I am looking for something with mag range that is not too dissimilar from modern LPVOs. 2x on the low end is about right. 10x to 12x on the top end is about right. I want a 32mm to 44m objective, fairly low overall length and moderate weight. These are at at their best in the 5x to 10x range, especially in fading light, while still being easy to us on low power with most thermal clip-ons.

Crossover scopes are essentially general purpose/precision scopes that also double as hunting scopes. For example, western hunting scopes often fall into this category.
