Not sure if this has been discussed since Parler has been renewed with another host. All thiings are back to the way they were.

That's weird. I've been on it 2 dozen or more times and have yet to have any issues.
It's just good to see them back in business after firing the CEO. He was the problem, not the platform.
It is kind of inconvenient that I have to go to a separate website now, I prefer to have my conservative and liberal echo chambers on one site.
They didn't protect user data. Their entire claim to fame is that they are for free speech, but they have a new, fancy troll filter that automatically blocks mean things!. Parler is back less than a week and they are already handing out TOS violations like Halloween candy. They banned (and reinstated because of community uproar) Milo Yianopololis, for stupid jokes. Regardless of what you think of Milo, banning speech is not free speech. There is ample circumstantial evidence that it is a megaphone for establishment GOP and a data collection service for them, as well (see the new required mobile phone field during registration). Parler is run through Russian servers and this nonsense. Their hosting partner, SkySilk, says they will ban hateful content, yet leave that loaded term undefined. Oh and on Jan 21, Parler praised Biden and called for (shut up, sit down, and obey) unity, which is fairly tone deaf for the audience they are hoping to attract. And none of that even touches on what Gab's Andrew Torbe has been saying about them. (Yes, grain of salt.) But I'm done typing.
So, yeah. To hell with them.

Isn’t parler what pirates use to stay out of trouble when they are caught?
I'm saying that SkySilk is the host. Epik only has the domain. The Russian server refers to the DDoS service.
