So I set out to put together a match gun. After a short first trip to the range after work just to make sure everything is running... Couldn't be happier.

Factory 700 action, not trued, lapped, etc. Notched for recoil lug.

Remage barrel from Jim Briggs at Northland shooter supply. 6.5 creed, 8 Twist. 26" plus brake (APA Little Jimmy)

Rock solid chassis

Old style Remington trigger

Everything put together at Accurate Ordnance. A huge thanks to them for a lightning fast turnaround.

Put a box of Hornady 140s just to make sure things were working...

Ballpark around .3 for the best. Other two groups were easily 1/2 moa. I'll stretch it out once it quits storming and see how things go.

I'm looking forward to working something up and seeing what it can really do.

Thanks again to Accurate Ordnance and plenty of help from Jim Briggs and Todd Reynolds.
