similar model Oregon follows . regulation and zoning slowly releasing tiny pieces of property for housing development ,'growth boundaries' creating high density population, high development cost, high building permit cost with long list of application for, long waits for approval to build, in a premeditated formula to keep a cost-$$$$ at maximum , with also attaching a high property tax revenue continuously rolling in . Self created land/housing shortage with unaffordable cost to average wages earned .

^plus this lets politicians sell access/building permits/etc. More of the same corruption.
The San Andreas has really been disappointing for the last 30 years or so....

The self important bureaucratic bullshit 'councils' that just make up shit as they go
Politicians/members of gov that give favor to anyone based on race. The fact that it was openly stated that 'even people who were American Indian or employing spanish workers' had problems is basically EVERYTHING that's wrong with today in a nutshell
People who think 'rent control' should exist and/or only can afford things in a free market because of outside influence just for them
People trying to block you from doing whatever the fuck you want with your property either because they don't like what you want to do with it or because they want to instead capitalize off of you/in place of you
After watching this video, does anyone have any doubts as to why California as a whole is fucking bankrupt and will never get out of it?
