To make some jerky and summer sausage. The jerky is in the dehydrator and summer sausage in the smoker, next is to put the snack sticks in the smoker. Dad killed a nice little 9 pointer last weekend and we decided to process it ourselves.

Well, you see about that, this is the first time we have done it in a long time so I am not sure how much of it will make it past the taste test phase...
