How do SBR stamps work? Can you swap different barrels onto the same lower with only one stamp?

Ie could i have a 300 blk sbr upper and 5.56 sbr upper on the same lower with only one tax stamp?

Yes, once the lower is stamped and approved you can put whatever upper you want on it.

So for now this upper could only live on a pistol?

You could put it on the lower you already have stamped, if I'm understanding your first message correctly.
