Noveske 5.56 barrel markings?

I bought a noveske barrel, and the markings are as followed:
(Noveske iron cross) 5.56 8T 3L

What does the 3L mean? It was off a custom build someone had done. I have looked online and can't find any markings like it. If no one knows I'll send Noveske an e-mail. Just thought someone may know. So I don't have to bother Noveske. Need to let them work as much as possible. So they can keep cranking out great weapons.

Maybe 3 lands?
Cant remember if thats on mine (18" SPR).
