Noveske 5.56 match mod 0 chamber.

So in my search for a barrel for my build, I'm looking at the noveske 20" medium varmint barrel 1:8 twist. But what is this chamber? Does it offer and advantages or drawbacks over .223 wylde?

And should I shoot 5.56 or .223 out of it?

The Noveske chamber is more like the Wylde than different. You can shoot either caliber out of it.
