Noveske 7.5 Switchblock?

Anybody know why Noveske doesn't offer their Switchblock on the 7.5 inch?

There is no point running a can on a 7.5 inch barreled AR - the gas would destroy the baffles with that short a barrel. No can - no option needed for a switchblock.

I think you are missing what dogman is saying. The extreme muzzle blast from a barrel that short will destroy a suppressors baffles in short order. Running a switchblock would still help the BCG velocity/wear but nobody in their right mind would want to toast a suppressor in a few hundred shots. Call and talk to the guys at Noveske, they are super nice and knowledgeable and can fill you in better than anyone on here can about their products.

I run a 9 inch POF upper with a Surefire brake/suppressor mount for my Surefire 556 can with a M-16 lower. looking good after about 2000rds 50% FA, the brake is the key IMHO

I have a AAC M4/1000. Trying to decide how long to go. I'll probably go with the 10.5 switchblock and build a separate 7.5 upper.
