NRL Hunter --> Is the Bushnell LRHS-2 4.5-18x44 G2H viable?

Would it be stupid to use this scope in NRL Hunter Production class?

It's a good optic. So not stupid.

Just don't get caught up thinking you need a "hunting scope" for a shooting game. A traditional target scope would treat you better. Better reticle options.

Agreed. Until my shoulder recently pulled a hard veto on my plans, I was going to run an XRS3 or DMR3 for the Hunter match I planned to shoot.

For the money, weight ect, the Vortex LTD is a better option.

I have both and would run the votex. Better glass, reticle, eyebox, lower weight. and you wont need that much elevation in NRL hunter anyway so no worries about running the zero stop.

If you already own it, then just run it.

Production class shares the 12lb weight limit, so it being on the lighter side is in your favor vs many popular target scopes.

I think it'd be a fine choice.
