I bougt a 5.5-22X56 NXS NightForce scope; at 5.5 up tp 10 magnifications the target and the reticule are very clear, but if I dial to a higher level mainly at 22 the target is blurred,at any distance.
I have tried moving the eyepiece up and down, without any impruvement,I finally left it at the factory position.
I am used to focus the target with a ring that is at the end of the eyepiece ( I have an Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14X50 and it looks clear at any magnification).
Is there something I am missing?
How do you focus the target at high magnification with the NXS?
Thanks in advance for you advise.

Use the knob on the left side of the scope. Fiddle around with it till the crosshairs and target are in focus.

The knob on the left side of the scope is your parallax adjustment. You need to turn it until your target comes into focus. While this knob does make your picture focus, you also need to know that your parallax is vital to your consistency. You need to move your head side to side, up and down, or in little circles (either one you wish) to make sure your reticle does not move around. You need to adjust the knob until the reticle stops moving while you are moving your head around. This part is actually more vital to accuracy, and most beginners do not realize it.
