My wife came across this and I watched it. This is kind of in line with the article I posted about the guy getting stopped and cavity searched.


What runs through my mind is how do I protect my self from things like this. I worry about protection from the criminals like home break in's, robbery, auto theft, assault, and so on but how do you protect your self from some one in uniform!?

At one point I would have said "Just never go to New York Shitty." Since it seems to also happen in Deming New Mexico, Kansas, and other places, I would say visit Zetronix Online store Zetronix, get a pen camera and take them to court.

Ok profiling by nature is not inherently wrong, statistics do not lie. However this went from a means to observe and potentially prevent crime. To quickly escalating to full on violation of rights because of a hunch. That bullshit should be hit like a hammer by our court system.

Before resisting arrest I would check your State statutes. As a general principle it is lawful to resist an unlawful arrest, but you may not want to resist an actual arrest by using physical force.
