I'm thinking of putting together a new obs package based on a Bushnell Excursion spotter (Leupold clone). Does anyone know if the picatinny brackets that fit Leupold mil spotters would work on the Bushnell version?
I basically want to have the option of fitting a PVS-14 for night obs. Other frills are fine and all but just frills.
Also, does anyone know if there are any double-sided picatinny rails? I'm thinking top side has a way of mounting optics and on the bottom have a bipod on front end and vert grip on rear end to make a more rifle w/bipod style setup. Could be good for prone.
