Went out this morning and did my first OCW test, with a gun with 20 rounds in it.

R700 accurate ordanace RC 1:10 twist. 300 wm

Load: 208 gr AMAX
H1000 primers
Fed GM 215 primers
15 thousands" off the lands

1= 74.5 gr
2=75 gr
3= 75.5
4= 76 gr
5= 76.5 gr
6= 77 gr

Round robin

Im thinking about loading at 75 gr and 76.8 gr and going to 300 yards and shoot some groups, what do you think?

5&6 first two shots were both touching each other and i either pulled it or the barrel got to hot, bummer.

Should I play with my seating depth, I really can get any closer to the lands because of my magazine.

Also not very happy with these groups, its most likely me i haven't shot in a month and it is suppose to be a 106 degree day today, to say i was sweating in the back of my truck is an understatement.

If you see anything from my loading that could be off letme know, ie seating depth.

15 thousands off the lands. It's a fully custom build by accurate ordance I would expect it to do better than 1/2 MOA on at least one of those loads.

I think I may try some bergers.

So I went to the ranch and tested the seating depth method berger put out. He was right one load worked significantly better that the others. At .015" I shot a 1.6" group with a .44" vertical at 300 yards. All the others were around MOA. This load looks promising.

Going to adjust the seating depth more minutely to see if I can get the under 1".

Now that we're on this note, what make shots push to the left? Weak left should or to strong right shoulder? With that vertical I was bummed it went over and inch. When I shoot and try to drive the recoil my rifle always tents to point 5" Hight and 2 feet left.
