I was wondering if there are any R700 clone actions that have a trigger hanger that use Savage barrels?

I am relatively new to higher end actions and I am looking for one that can do everything.

The other option. Are there any shops that can cut an action for a trigger hanger? I have an ARC Nucleus I would like to have it done to if possible.

I like the idea of being able to adjust the trigger position.

Thanks

What triggers are you suggesting?

I am talking about adjusting the amount of cock on close. If there is a trigger that lets me do that I am all ears.

Thanks
How often do you anticipate yourself adjusting cock on close? If you're thinking of swapping triggers on a regular basis, it may be more economical to have a 'smith time those different triggers to your Nucleus. This way, you don't run into potentially needing to customize your stock/chassis with a custom trigger hanger'ed custom action.

I have a bix n Andy tacsport pro 2 stage with a low top sear. There is a bit of cock on close, but not much different than a rem 700. The cocking piece can be filed to eliminate that. I had to do that on my origin, it was really bad. The lug on the deadline is 5/16", so some chassis(aics) will need the lug pocket opened up. Also the trigger hanger might require some extra inletting. The deadline is a 60° action, feels as slick as my ae's and 2013, and better than my at.

I know I can file and fix cock on close but I have just the opposite of cock on close with my Nucleus with TT triggers. I sent two TT triggers into ARC when they tuned my Archimedes. The TT trigger from my Nucleus was lost by UPS on its way back. I have another TT trigger but running the bolt doesn’t feel as good as with the TT trigger that UPS lost. The drop of the cocking piece onto the trigger sear also measured differently between the TT triggers in my Nucleus.

Interesting read, Hollywood. Personally, I dont get hung up on the bolt lift deal like some people. Certainly, if every action felt like an ai with the safety in the middle position, I can see how anything more would be a nuisance. Yes, some actions are smoother than others, but with the exception of my origin(pre coc adjustment) they all feel better than factory savages and rem. The trigger hanger is nice, I prefer the single screw and beefy tab holding it, vs 2 little screws.
